This adorable townhome is located in the Summer Lake Townhomes community of Miramar Beach.
Our unit ( number 15 ) is Sure to please and offers a picturesque atmosphere for your next vacation in Miramar Beach. This townhome accommodates up to six guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, along with an full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon entering, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen on your right, including all utensils, stainless steel appliances, and cookware needed to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats six and there are additional bar chairs by the kitchen’s breakfast bar. You will find a half-bath between the dining area and living room, for added convenience.
Step into the cozy living room, boasting matching furnishings and tasteful décor, along with a large television . Enjoy a relaxing movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Miramar Beach has to offer. The living room leads directly out to an adorable, screened-in lanai, offering outdoor seating as well as a charcoal grill, perfect for grilling out. You are sure to make lasting memories with your family while taking in the lovely scenic views of the lake.
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find both bedrooms. Both the master bedroom with a king bed as well as the guest bedroom with a queen bed have ensuite bathrooms. The inviting main bedroom boasts a large flat screen tv as well as a walk in shower in the ensuite. The guest bedroom also has a large flat screen tv with the ensuite featuring a tub/shower combo. Both are perfect for kicking your feet up and relaxing.

Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
