Location, location, location! Located across the street from the prettiest beach in Florida!! Walk out the front doors and you'll see the pool and then look to your left and you'll get a glimpse of the GULF! Take a very short stroll and your toes will be in the sand on the most beautiful BEACH! Come see why it is called "The Emerald Coast"!
Port of Call is a very quiet and family friendly community located directly across from public beach access and Pompano Joe's, one of the top beachside restaurants on Miramar Beach. Also located steps from Scenic 98's FIVE mile bike path.
Jack & Jill's Beach House is located in "Port of Call", which is a small community of beach houses in very close proximity to the beach, less than a half of a block! It is also convenient to shopping & is within walking distance to many restaurants, to include Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whales, Tail, and Captain Dave's.
BEACH SERVICE: Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (Beach service runs from March to November.)
MASTER BEDROOM: Large bedroom with KING bed, 32-Inch flat screen SMART TV with upgraded cable (140 channels to include ESPN, Disney, etc.) dresser, night stand, 2 lamps, PRIVATE BATHROOM, new ceiling fan. The floor plan boasts a split bedroom design, giving lots of privacy!

BEDROOM #2: Also a KING BED, 32-Inch flat screen SMART TV with upgraded cable (140 channels to include ESPN, Disney, etc.), 2 Night Stands, 2 lamps, new ceiling fan, new coastal decor!
BEDROOM #3: Queen bed, twin day bed, 32-inch flat screen TV with upgraded cable, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, new ceiling fan and new coastal decor! Great for a couple, great for kids, or great for a couple with kids!
BATHROOM #2: Shared between BR2 & BR3! Tub/shower combo!
LIVING ROOM: Brand new Lazy Boy sofa, recliner, and loveseat, equipped with a 60 inch flat screen SMART TV mounted above the mantle, with upgraded cable TV (140 channels to include ESPN, Disney, etc.)!
DINING ROOM: Dining table seats 6, breakfast table seats 4, and there is also seating for 4 at the bar!
KITCHEN - FULLY FURNISHED: Brand new appliances, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, counter-top small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot), silverware/knives, pots/pans & baking sheets/pans. Everything you need to cook meals in and save money on your trip!
LAUNDRY: Full size WASHER & DRYER. Allows you to enjoy your vacation without laundry becoming a chore.
INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation, does not mean you have to be Off The Grid, or work remotely from the beach house!
OUTDOOR PATIO: Choose the shade or choose the sun and enjoy the beautiful palm trees! Seating for 8 people on the patio with brand new Polywood Adirondack furniture! It is a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family/friends or enjoy reading a good book. The pool is just outside the front door, and has additional poolside seating, including shaded seating. (Garage is not accessible to guests.)
SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS: Inquire with owner for a quote.
*** We do not supply food, personal items, or beach towels. However, to get you started we do supply a few garbage bags, a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a few laundry detergent pods, a few dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. Please, remember to bring or expect to purchase additional items for your stay.

About Jack and Jill...
We are from Kentucky! We own and manage the beach house ourselves and take pride in keeping it clean and updated and personalized with special amenities! We are just ordinary people - Jack is an electrician and Jill is a middle school teacher. It has become a special place to us! We took a leap of faith to follow a dream of owning a beachfront home in hopes of finding wonderful renters that return each year that enjoy our beach house as we do. We hope you love and enjoy your stay at Jack & Jill's Beach House as much as we do.
Why Jack and Jill chose Port of Call at Miramar Beach...
We were previous owners of two units at Tradewinds and absolutely fell in love with the area. We weren't exactly in the market to buy a beach house, but the most perfect beach house in the most perfect location became available for sale and we could NOT pass it up! We love being just a few steps from the beach, but love being able to retreat back the beach house for calm, quiet, family time. We love being able to park in our own driveway and not worry with parking passes. We love the floor plan of the house, allowing for privacy with a split bedroom floor plan. We love not having to wait for an elevator. We love the outdoor patio with the gorgeous palms, and the ability to sit in the sun or shade. We love the quietness and calmness we feel in Port of Call, with only 15 total houses. We love walking right out the front door to the pool and enjoying the pool or the covered shade by the pool. We love being on the bike path, which gives us a 5 mile path of walking or biking along the shore. We love the pool and spacious pool deck. We love being right across from Pompano Joe's, as well as being able to walk to other restaurants, souvenir shops, or to get coffee or ice cream, yet a short drive to outlet mall shopping, many other great restaurants, and area attractions (Harborkwalk Village, Big Kahuna s Waterpark, Gulfarium, etc). Most importantly, we love being able to walk a short walk and have our toes in the sand! It is our own little piece of paradise and we hope you love it too!
