Lakefront 166, Beach, Pool, Peace & Quiet
This is the spot you will want to spend your beach vacation. This condo is an end unit in the Lakefront area of Seascape Resort, the most desirable location in the resort. It is ground level entry, with no unit above or below you, so the condo is quiet and has lots of windows to provide natural light. The beach access is only a few steps from your condo, and one of five resort pools is 30' from your patio.
The new owners took the unit back to the sheetrock and completely renovated it in May. New kitchen, two new baths, new flooring, paint, new furniture, and more. Even enlarged the laundry room so you have full-size equipment instead of those undersized combo units. MBR is a king suite on the main level, and the second floor BR is a second king suite. A bunkroom off the second BR was added for the kids, with their own flat-screen HDTV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two community charcoal grills outside if you want to grill dinner. HDTV's are in every BR and the living area, and complimentary cable and Wifi is provided.
Seascape Resort is a beachside resort offering a variety of activities. In addition to a dedicated 2000' beachfront, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities. Freshwater fishing in Lake Stewart is but 25 yards away from your condo.
Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. From Memorial Day weekend until early August the condo is ONLY available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Call for special rates/packages.
