Beautifully renovated 3BR/3BA condo in the desirable Lakefront area of Seascape Resort, about fifty paces from the beachfront.  You are also only a few steps to one of the resort's five pools, and with a freshwater fishing lake is right behind the unit, this condo is the ideal spot for your family's vacation. The owners have set this unit up for their comfort and yours. At almost 1500 sf, it is spacious and airy throughout.  A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances will make you feel at home. There are large flat-screen TV's throughout the unit, comfortable beds with premium linens in the spacious bedrooms, and a full bath for each of the three bedrooms.

The MBR features a King bed, coffee bar and a private deck with a view of the gulf. The en suite full bath has an oversized walk-in shower.  A second BR on this level has a king bed and full bath. A third bedroom has king bed and opaque glass barn doors for privacy. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and wall mounted TV's.

The spacious living/dining area is open to the kitchen and leads out to a patio with additional dining space. In addition, there is a dining bar with seating as part of the new kitchen (brand new winter 2022). And a new, six passenger golf cart is available to be included in your booking, for an additional fee.

Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts.
