This chic home was just refurbished, with all new furniture and décor, paint, shiplap accent walls and custom-built bunk beds.
Conveniently located within the Seascape Resort, you will never be far from the beach, golf, shopping and the area's best restaurants and activities. This is a two floor town-home located on the second floor of the building.
Arrival: Checking in is always easy. Simply enter your personal door code into our high security lock, and vacation begins!
Main Living Area: We feature a convenient open floorplan with plenty of space for everyone. In the living room you will find a fabulous sectional sofa and a large smart TV. The kitchen overlooks the rest of the main living area, giving the chef in your family the ability to converse with the rest of the gang while they cook! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and serve ware. All you need is a good cook! Our dinner table seats 6 to 8 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
Rest: The second floor master suite has a king bed, overlooks the lake, seating, a 65" Smart TV and a private bathroom. The master bath has a convenient double sink vanity with a makeup station in the middle. The second master bedroom has a King bed and a custom-built twin over twin bunk bed, plenty of closet space, a large TV and a private bathroom. The custom-built bunk room on the first floor has a queen bed on the bottom, two twins beds above and a full size trundle beneath, a large Smart TV and closet space. There is an adjacent shared bathroom in the hall servicing this bedroom. This room is easily enjoyed by adults, teens and kids alike.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
