Conveniently located within the Seascape Resort, you will never be far from the beach, golf, tennis, shopping and the area's best restaurants and activities. This is a two floor townhome located on the second floor of the building providing stunning views of the lake and beyond.
Main Living Area: We feature a convenient open floorplan with plenty of space for everyone. In the living room you will find a fabulous sectional sofa and a large Smart TV. The brand new kitchen overlooks the rest of the main living area, giving the chef in your family the ability to converse with the rest of the gang while they cook! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and serve ware, including kid friendly dinnerware and their own small table. All you need is a good cook! Our dinner table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
Rest: The second floor master suite has a king bed, overlooks the lake, a tranquil seating area, a 65" Smart TV and a private bathroom. The master bath was just renovated, it has an extra large double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and a custom-built twin over twin bunk bed, plenty of closet space, a large Smart TV and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The custom-built bunk room on the first floor has a queen bed on the bottom, two twins beds above and a full size trundle beneath, a large Smart TV and closet space. There is a newly renovated shared bathroom with a tub shower combo servicing this bedroom. This room is easily enjoyed by adults, teens and kids alike. In addition, we have a pack n' play that doubles as a crib, but you need to bring your own bedding if using as a crib.
Check out all the specialty lighting throughout this home, the designer apparently has a lighting fetish.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Our housekeepers follow strict CDC cleaning guidelines, all sheets and towels are professionally laundered.
