Perfectly positioned beside the best places to eat and shop, this home sits in a prime location on Oyster Lake/30A! As you drive through the longleaf pines on Oyster Lake Drive, guests are instantly greeted by the cozy but luxurious comforts of a 30A beach vacation.
The beach access is conveniently located just a quick golf cart drive down Seahorse Circle to the Dune Allen Beach Access. Head over for a day on the sand and make sure you grab lunch or a "bug juice" at Stinky's Fish Camp! Take a short ride to Shunk Gulley for lunch or Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for an ice cream cone while you're out! Searching for an upscale dinner spot? No problem! Head to Vue30A for a menu that'll satisfy any foodie's palate!
Step through the first floor entryway and instantly let the troubles dissolve. On the first floor is a bunk room "suite" with three sets of custom built twin/twin bunks (sleeps 6), a full private bathroom with stand up shower and large vanity. Past the bed and bathroom, guests will enjoy a gaming/entertainment area with a wet/coffee bar, living room/breakfast nook, and large backyard space. The wet bar area includes a wine fridge, microwave and is fully stocked for your enjoyment. Outside on the terrace, enjoy the luxurious Summer kitchen to grill some lunch or dinner or have your morning coffee for max relaxation.
Wandering up the stairs to the second floor, the high level of luxury continues with 4 bedrooms all with private en suite bathrooms, all complete with top of the line bath amenities. Located to the left of the stairs, is the first of 3 King Suites (we'll call this the Master) with a large private bathroom. Unwind after a beach day in a spa like quality bathroom with soaker tub, glass shower, water closet and a very spacious walk in closet. The vanities are those of a dream with white quartz countertops, towel storage and spacious sinks/powder areas. The 3 other King Suites on this level are equally as spacious and feature private bathrooms with stand up showers and a soaker tub. The décor throughout all 3 floors of Yes Way 30A is all the things a 30A vacation is made of!
Take the final flight of stairs to the third floor where your eyes definitely aren't deceiving you, but the main living level is straight out of nirvana. Enjoy a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area with a large flat screen TV and tranquil views. The fully stocked kitchen spares no detail with tools to prepare a chef's gourmet meal. There's no shortage of food storage space in the top of the line Thermidor refrigerator/freezer, as well as plenty of space for dishes in the large basin sink with built in drying rack. There's also a Thermidor range with large overhead hood, built in microwave and two dishwashers! Belly up to the large breakfast bar/island in one of 4 gorgeous barstools or sit down to dinner in the dining room with space for 10 guests. We couldn't think of a more perfect place to enjoy your meals together. The third floor also features a half bath in the hallway to be shared with the main living area while enjoying large family dinners.
Last but not least, the most tranquil of spaces along 30A include the two balconies on both sides of the home for maximum salty breezes. Step out onto the terrace for 360 degree views of Blue Mountain Beach and hear the waves straight from the Gulf of Mexico! The home length balconies are perfect for a sunrise or sunset and include plenty cozy seating areas. You're primed for all the green scenery off the back deck perfectly positioned close to Oyster Lake.
For a fun pool day, soak up the Florida sunshine in the private backyard with plenty of lounge seating for the whole family to enjoy!
