Oversized Huge Balcony with full size dining table.

We originally purchased this condo in December 2022 and did a major renovation.  Always updating to make it fresh and new.
We have painted the entire unit light gray and have all new Samsung Stainless Steel appliances.  New dining table, chairs and light.  
New 65" Flat Screen ROKU TV in Living Room.  New furniture and decorations throughout.
Granite Countertops in kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. New lights in all baths and a 5 star custom shower in the oceanfront master with rain head is finished.  
The shower will be handicap accessible with the use of supplied owner ramp.

LIVING AREA - The open living area includes 2 couches and a new 65" flat-screen ROKU TV with cable. Slide open the glass doors to the HUGE balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. Dining table on the balcony seats 6 . You can also access the balcony off the oceanfront master.
Balcony also will be handicap accessible by use of owner supplied ramps.

KITCHEN & DINING - The well-equipped kitchen has brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances and New Granite Countertops.  We have a Keurig and Air Fryer along with all the normal kitchen amenities.
Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or sit at the bar. Balcony has dining table to accommodate 6 people.

BEDS/BATHS - This condo will sleep up to 12 guests between 3 bedrooms. 3 full baths. 2 Masters with King Beds and Bunk Room as a queen and 2 bunk beds.

OCEANFRONT MASTER - Sleep soundly in the oceanfront master bedroom, which provides a king bed, 43" flat-screen TV with cable and Roku and direct access to the balcony.  Smaller Children's Twin over twin bunkbeds.   The en-suite bathroom offers a 5 star brand new custom handicap accessible 4 x 10 shower with rain head and hand held. 
Is handicap accessible by use of an owner supplied ramp.

SECOND MASTER WITH SEPARATE BALCONY - A second Master bedroom includes a king bed, 43" flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. This master also offers a fridge and microwave and has it's own Balcony with an awesome view.  New Granite Counters.

THIRD BEDROOM WITH BUNKS. - A third bedroom has a twin over QUEEN bunkbed and another twin over twin bunkbed with a trundle. Sleeps 6.
Also has a flat-screen TV with cable and Roku.
This bedroom accesses the 3rd bathroom which has a tub/shower combo.

Complimentary wifi, private washer and dryer and parking available for 3 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot.
Sterling Shores has 300 ft. private beach, 2 pools (one lagoon style pool and one beachside HEATED pool), Theatre Room, Fitness Center, 9 acres of lush landscaping & outdoor grills. It's a gated community just off Highway 98. This prime location offers quick access to great restaurants and a wide variety of favorite local attractions.
And the Best Beach Bar in Destin, BACK PORCH is right behind the complex.

Parking notes: Sterling Shores does not require parking passes. Parking is open and no specific spaces are assigned to each unit. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property.

You must be 25 years old age to rent this condo. No exceptions.
