Third bedroom is called a 'lockout', complete with a mini kitchen and a private balcony. Balcony access from every room.
You want to see a beautiful sunset/sunrise? You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Florida. All the while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind”. Enjoy sitting on the large balcony with all new patio furniture in the morning drinking your morning coffee watching an Amazing Sunrise and watching the dolphins in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as seeing the seagulls and the pelicans fly along our beautiful coastline,and the white sandy beaches.

Each room allows onto the balcony without distrubing any other guest in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a ceiling fan, with a large lighted closet , a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
A flatscreen TV DVD player, iPod player and a relaxing sound system clock/radio.
We also have a safe in the master bedroom closet $50.00 REFUNDABLE key deposit if you would like to use the safe..
The guest room has two full sized beds, a ceiling fan, with a large closet and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Flatscreen TV DVD player..
The third bedroom "Peaceful Bliss" is a separate suite with a private Gulf Front balcony with all new patio furniture. It is called a lock-out unit which has a separate entrance from the hallway. This allows a private, locked area away from the main living area. This suite has a king sized bed, a ceiling fan , a large walk-in shower, and a closet. There is an iPod player, a flat screen TV with a DVD/CD player, and a relaxing sound system , clock/radio, Bistro table and two chairs, a fully equipped mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, full sized microwave, coffee pot , a toaster and a blender.
Complete with dishes, glasses and utensils. All of the linens are supplied. .
The living room has 2 queen sized sofa's.
One is a queen sized sleeper sofa ,a regular chair, flatscreen TV, iPod player, Blue Ray DVD/CD player.
There is a dining room, kitchen breakfast area and a snack bar. The dining room table seats six; with an additional two seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen and a snack bar that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel upgraded appliances. All the linens are supplied.,. .
Each room has a large sliding glass door ceiling to floor that open onto 50 feet of a wrap around balcony overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Bay to the North, and at night, the Destin City lights. The balcony/patio has all new patio furniture for your enjoyment.

On the first floor of the building there is a fitness room, our in-house restaurant Royal Palms Grille, as well as a massage therapist and a hair salon,.

There is a picnic area with charcoal barbecue grills for your use on the North side of the building.. Outside are the tennis, basketball, volley ball and shuffle board courts, and Pickle Ball.
A large heated swimming pool, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs, as well as a Bath House Men & Women. with, showers, and bathrooms
Also a man and womens beachhouse.

There is a large sun deck for your use to sun bathe in the Florida Sun, listen to music, read a book or just listen to the surf and relax. Watch gorgeous and romantic sunrises or sunsets from Surfside's legendary Beach Tower with picnic tables while you sip a cup of coffee or your afternoon beverage.
A Fun Beach Bar located on the 1st floor of the Beach Tower on the Beach.
A sky bridge takes you onto the sandy white beaches. Destin is rated as one of the top 10 beache in the world. Once on the beautiful beaches, you can take a walk, play in the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and even build sandcastles! You can fly kites, play volleyball or just relax in one of the Complimentary beach set ups, which includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrella, which comes with unit 601 and 601a a $700 value. If you rent 601 as a 2 bd/ba you will get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. If you rent 601a the Studio you will get 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs daily weather permittng..
