This STUDIO unit has a mini kitchen, a small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, all dishes, untensils and linens are supplied.
A Bistro table with two chairs, queen sized bed,  a chair, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV,  iPOD, and a CD player with a private balcony.

Surfside Resort has inside air conditioned hall corridors and outside covered parking.
24 hourv Security (Not that we need one)

On the first floor of the building there is a fitness room, our in-house restaurant Royal Palms Grille, as well as a massage therapist and a hair salon,.

There is a picnic area with charcoal barbecue grills for your use on the North side of the building.. Outside are the tennis, basketball, volley ball and shuffle board  and Pickle Ball courts,

There is a large sun deck for your use to sun bathe in the Florida Sun, listen to music, read a book or just listen to the surf and relax.
