This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Surfside Resort has awesome views of the emerald green water. We have a very open floor plan with a huge balcony that runs the length of the condo and has access from each room. Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
* FREE BEACH SERVICE - 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily (March-October)
Surfside Resort’s amenities include: free wifi, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, spa and salon, fitness center, sports deck w/pickleball court, tennis court and basketball court, on site restaurant, beach bar, free beach bonfire on Friday and Monday nights, and community gas and charcoal grill area. It is located within walking distance of several great restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and other shopping.
BEDDING: King/Master King/ 2nd BR 2 Queen/3rd BR All rooms, except the 3rd bedroom open onto a 28 foot balcony. The 3rd bedroom opens onto private 14ft. balcony. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing. The huge master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen tv, and full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV/DVD, large closet and private full bath.. The living room has a large smart TV and great views of the ocean. The dining room has seating for six. The kitchen is well appointed with updated appliances and countertops.
