Island Princess 510 - Construction Sale 1/19/23 - 5/26/
*** Building construction is scheduled 1/19/2023 – 5/26/2023 so we have adjusted rates by 25% for the inconvenience that will occur from 8am - 5pm (when you will probably be at the beach or enjoying other outdoor activities!). During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise, dust, etc. about the property - There will be no heavy noise before 8am or after 5pm. Currently, the pool is scheduled to be closed from 1/23/2023 to 3/27/2023. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. If you don’t mind construction activity during your stay, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a beach vacation at a great rate! NO CONSTRUCTION IS SCHEDULED FOR SUMMER MONTHS***
