Waterscape B301 is a spacious Gulf-front 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo with a Bunk Bed nook area that sleeps 10 people.  This unit has a large balcony overlooking the gulf where you can see & hear the waves breaking.  The balcony has 2 bar height tables and 8 bar height chairs for front row views of the ocean and the lovely sunsets.

Waterscape Resort Amenities:

• Two swimming pools (one on each level) with plenty of room to lounge and relax
• Lower deck pool is a zero-entry that offers a fun play area with a water course, water sprays and a waterfall.
• Upper deck has a heated pool (heated during the winter) and water play area for smaller children with a pirate ship waterslide and other features for children.  Of course there are shady places for relaxation should you need reprieve from the sun.
• Lay-Z river to float around and tubes are provided "river side"
• Fudpukers is located poolside and offers meals/snacks and drinks (open seasonally)
• Gas BBQs located on the pool decks
