Our unit has a Maximum capacity of 5 including children (3 ADULTS MAXIMUM-NO EXCEPTIONS).
NOTE: E-Bikes/bicycles/scooters of any kind are not allowed inside the unit and must be stored in the bike rack located in the parking lot. Outside of cell phones,tablets or laptops, no devices containing lithium ion batteries can be stored or charged within the unit due to risk of fire.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THIS CONDO, and YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN ON THE PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE RENTAL PERIOD. Any misrepresentations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of funds. For security, our unit maintains a nest doorbell camera.
