Located within The Crescent, a luxurious, gated beachfront community known for its meticulously maintained grounds and impressive pool area. This first-floor condo offers comfort, convenience, and a relaxing coastal atmosphere. Unit 110 overlooks the pool with glimpses of the emerald Gulf waters beyond, giving you a taste of the beach from the moment you arrive.
Guests enter through a welcoming foyer that opens into a hallway leading to the bright, open living spaces. To the left, the first guest bedroom features two double beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, great for kids or additional guests. A nearby hallway bathroom provides added convenience for visitors.
Further down the hall, the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and private water closet.
The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a stylish backsplash, with a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the adjacent laundry room.
