This newly renovated Gulf-front condo features a bright, modern interior with unobstructed views of the water, pet-friendly accommodations, and complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella, March–October).
Step onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf — it doesn’t get better than this!
Inside, the condo is filled with natural light and coastal charm. The fully updated kitchen includes granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at your leisure.
You’ll find comfortable beds with fresh new bedding, a relaxing living area with plenty of seating, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
***Located on the third floor of Building #2, this stylish retreat overlooks 2.5 acres of a private sugar-white sand beach and offers views of both sand and water—available only on the 3rd and 4th floors. Lower floors have water views only.
For added convenience, there’s ramp access to the beach — perfect for strollers, coolers, or guests who prefer an easy walk down to the sand, plus this stretch of Miramar Beach is the only area featuring a scenic boardwalk "walking trail" with continuous Gulf views, perfect for your morning walk with your pup.
Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy the sound of the surf, this Maravilla condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking Gulf views.

Hi, I’m Corrie — your host!
I’ve been in real estate for over 35 years, selling homes, flipping properties, and managing long-term rentals. I’ve always loved rolling up my sleeves and doing the work myself — but this is the first time I’ve poured that passion into creating a vacation rental.
I recently purchased and completely updated this condo — from fresh paint to all new furnishings and décor — and loved every part of designing a relaxing, comfortable space for guests to unwind. In December 2024, I took on the makeover myself — painting the entire interior and even adding the elegant stencil detail on the master bedroom wall.
My favorite feature? The dining room chandelier — dim it at night and it creates the most luxurious ambience.
After working with a management company for a year, I decided to start hosting directly so that guests will get a more personal stay & be able to communicate directly with the owner.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me gardening, at the beach, spending time with friends or my pup Kali 💕
