Sunset Serenity on the Bay, located in Northshore, was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2020. Enjoy watching the fleet of boats leave the harbor, fireworks over the water, fish jumping, & occasionally greet our dolphin friends. As a guest, you also get our Free Forever Memories Fun Pass!

? Located on the water of Choctawhatchee Bay, your stress will wash away as soon as you walk in the door to take in the beauty of the water and breathe the fresh bay/sea air. Very few properties offer these magnificent views and updates galore! The sunsets over the bay, with moonlight dancing in the evening, are what dreams are made of!

Sunset Serenity on the Bay was designed from the ground up with all that one could dream of. EVERYTHING is new: complete kitchen, three full baths, new flooring, paint, furnishings, lighting, appliances, beds – even the doorknobs are new! The design goal is to allow space for fun, family, and friends, as well as moments of quiet and relaxation with a book or not – it’s your vacation. These owners spared no expense on updates in this amazing property!!

Just out the front door, you’ll find walking, biking path, fishing, and swimming. There are fish in all the ponds, and you’re welcome to fish in any of them. It’s a catch-and-release program with no fishing license required. You can purchase a fishing license online if you want to fish in the bay.


? Immediately, you’ll be greeted by a stunning quartzite-covered 7’x7’ center island. Imagine your group enjoying casual dining, cooking (or not), playing games, and gathering with your family and friends (you know we all end up in the kitchen anyway!). You can have a seat at the island or perhaps you’d rather sit at the table and enjoy the view from the picture window. There’s always the option of making your way outside to the quiet bistro table for two in the screened-in patio (or sneak away for intimate drinks and dinner for two on the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom...we won’t tell anybody)


? Fully equipped with everything you’ll need for the hungry mob. Brand new LG Appliances, including a refrigerator with in-door filtered water and ice dispenser and door-in-a-door access for beverages; a glass cooktop range with convection oven; stainless vent hood over the cooktop; a pantry with built-in microwave; and an ultra-quiet dishwasher.


? Expansive vaulted ceilings with a show-stopping two-story shiplap electric fireplace. The fire makes the room so inviting. Sink into one of the two comfy sofas (one is down with a queen sleeper) or the cozy reading chair looking out over the water. Enjoy a game, show, or movie on the 60-inch smart TV positioned above the rustic 100+-year-old “sinker cypress” mantel.


? Equally lovely; dream away in the main-floor master or choose the second-floor master. Both have full private baths and walk-in closets. A third bedroom features two XL twin beds to fit kids or adults and access to a third full bath. All beds are comfortable, with new mattresses and include mattress toppers and new linens, pillows, and bedding,


? Stunning floor-to-ceiling tile that’ll blow your mind, perfect lighting, glass showers with rain shower heads and removable handheld shower heads, and new sinks with fountain faucets.


? Enjoy a quick bike ride through the beach tunnel (under HWY 98) and down to Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill area, where the sugar-white-sands and the beautiful blue waters of the Emerald Coast beaches greet you. All-day beach play is waiting for you!  When you’re done on the beach, head back over to Baytowne Wharf, which offers more fun adventures and yummy treats -- Zip Line, Tower Climb, Paddleboards, Spa, Water sports, biking, tennis, fishing, and a wide variety of restaurants. 

Oh, and don’t forget about golf! The area has four amazing golf courses, also within minutes. Burnt Pines Golf Club – Deemed the “Crown Jewel of Florida Golf” by Golf Magazine and recognized as one of the “Top 30 Courses in Florida” by Golf Digest and Golfweek. The Links is named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida by Florida Golf News.

Nightlife? Of course! In Baytowne, you’ll enjoy the sunset, food, drinks, and live music. During the summer, there are also spectacular fireworks displays every Tuesday. You are also able to enjoy the fireworks from your own balcony.

Did I forget to mention shopping? Head to Grand Boulevard where you can shop your heart away at Magnolia, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, and Kilwins for the most amazing ice cream, chocolate goodies, and many more. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, and town events. Please note that Northshore is NOT an all-inclusive will need to pay for use of the Tennis Court, Gym, Kayaks rentals, most Baytowne activities/events etc.

? You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.


? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.


? As a special bonus, our generous homeowners have included their 6-seater golf cart with your stay (subject to availability), allowing you to explore the resort and head to the beach effortlessly! To ensure a smooth experience, kindly note that prior to releasing the key information, we require the signed golf cart agreement to be returned. Drivers must be 25 years or older, presenting proof of ID and insurance. The golf cart accommodates a maximum of 6 guests at all times. This is the homeowner's personal property, so we ask that you treat it with the utmost care and respect. Any damages incurred will be charged to your Credit Card. While we strive to ensure this extra amenity is always available, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance, breakdowns, or damage caused by previous guests. Please note that traveling along Highway 98 is prohibited; however, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has an underground tunnel that will get you to the beachside and bayside. Child restraints and car seats are REQUIRED for all children traveling in low-speed vehicles.


? Our property provides secure Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.


? You will check in at the guard gate (bayside) for free parking passes. It is open parking; therefore, you're welcome to park in any unmarked spot that is considered first come, first serve. Our parking section is limited, so I suggest not bringing more than 1-2 cars. The guard may ask to see your booking confirmation, so please have it printed off or easily accessible by phone. The HOA does not allow boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, RVs or commercial trucks.


? We provide beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and a cooler for our guests’ enjoyment, just outside the front door in the storage closet, great for keeping the sandy stuff outdoors. We have done the work so you can keep it simple and relax! All we ask is that you enjoy your stay and treat our "Home-Away-from-Home" with the same TLC that we do! This is a leave one, take one program, so we cannot guarantee what will be there upon check-in.


? Lucky you! As our guest, you can access the Phil Hummel Aquatic Pool & the Linkside Pool on Audubon Drive. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.


? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras and patrol security. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.


? Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.


? Because this is our “home-away-from-home,” we furnish it as we would our home (because it is). Additional amenities include free, secure WiFi; Smart TVs with cable in every bedroom and living room; full-size washer & dryer; a fully-stocked kitchen with everything for gourmet cooks, dishes, silverware, and glassware, serving dishes, pots and pans, casserole and baking dishes, blender, crock pot, and more. The Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. There is a small charcoal grill for your use. Please move it onto the grassy area behind the home before using it.


? You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.


? Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.


? We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.


? NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.


? Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

This house was amazing!

by Liliana on 07/13/2020 This house was amazing, great location, great view, and great decor. Everything was close by. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it.
