Holiday House
​ Holiday House is a family-owned property in the beautiful Seascape community just across the street from the gorgeous emerald coast. Our 6 seater golf cart will be available for rent during your stay and makes beach access a breeze! Just park in the private lot inside Seascape and follow the pedestrian walkway right to the sand. Or a short walk will get you there in about 6-8 minutes!
Seascape is a gated community with amenities such as 5 pools, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, playground and golf course! There are multiple restaurants within the resort gates and many favorites just a short golf cart ride away on Scenic Gulf Dr. For ultimate convenience, Whales Tail bar and grill is right on the beach and it's a great place to grab drinks, snacks, and lunch!
