What if the Weather is bad?
As many of you know, Destin can have storms and sunshine in a span of a couple of hours. Therefore, unless it's extreme, charters will rarely cancel due to weather. They will always keep an eye on the radar and make sure you all are safe, but they expect you all to have clothing appropriate for the weather. If you head out on the boat and the weather gets too bad to fish, the captain may decide to go in. If this is the case, you will only be charged for the hours you were out there fishing, not the entire trip. If you feel unsafe and want to head back, the capitain will always listen and discuss a fair price with you.
