Welcome to the Steamboat Bar and Grill, located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This "gnarly" restaurant and bar embodies the laid back surf/fisherman style and vibes of Santa Rosa Beach. They also specialize in a variety of locally caught seafood options. From oysters to crab legs and of course GULF SHRIMP this rad restaurant embraces the food and culture of the beach. We at highly recommend starting your meal with Steamboats' famous crab balls. The crab balls are stuffed with fresh, locally sourced crab meat and stuffing and then deep-fried to a golden brown. Mmm, our mouths are watering!

While the food is definitively the main focus of the Steamboat Bar and Grill, they also offer live music out front on "the porch" in the evenings. On Tuesday evening this awesome bar offers five dollar margaritas as well as four dollars tequila shots on the front porch and is accompanied by live music. Sounds like a great way to break up the work-week or wind down after a day of frolicking on the beach.

"This is the best meal we have had in 4 days here. We got the special...grouper with crab and shrimp---YUM!! Melt in your mouth delicious. We had crab balls as an appetizer and they were equally delicious!  We want to go back at least once more this trip and try the Shrimp Brochette!  It was expensive as everything in this area has become but we enjoyed every bite!  We'll def return this trip!

PS for our location it was perfect! None of the crazy Seaside traffic--that's a bonus!

We went back for Shrimp Brochette 2 days later!! OMG--delicious, like off the charts yummy!  The butter sauce took it over the top!!"

With reviews like that, you know your meal at Steamboat Bar and Grill is going to be extraordinary! Don't forget to stop in for fantastic food and drink specials as well as enjoy live music on the "front porch." I don't know about you, but we are heading down to Steamboats tonight!
