When you hire us as your Rental Support Service, we become your local presence to oversee and coordinate anything your property may need.  We will be your direct contact and local presence to tend to the needs of your property.  As you are the owner/manager, you will remain the point of contact for your renters and will direct us on any needs you require us to fulfill.  Your renters will contact you for any needs, and you can communicate those to us.

We visit the property after each renter has checked out to ensure the property is in order for your next guests.  We prefer to visit after the property has been cleaned so that we can ensure the cleaning was done to high standards.  We also bring previously reported items that need replacing and which you have approved (coffee pot, blender, hair dryer, etc).  During our visit we check the light bulbs and replace those that are out, ensure the HVAC is functioning and change filters (as necessary), check for obvious broken items, replace items for your next guests (parking pass, etc) and ensure everything is the way we would like it if we were arriving for a stay at your property.
