Find your perfect Beach paradise when you book this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath new vacation rental house that comfortably sleeps 11. Situated on a quiet private street within walking distance to the glistening waters and the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This ideally located and beautifully decorated home promises a peaceful retreat for all! As an added bonus, a 4 seater golf cart is available to use for a fee while staying in this vacation home. The golf cart is optional for an additional fee ($95.00 per night for the duration of your stay). Please inquire prior to booking.
-- THE PROPERTY --
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room for a large family or a group of friends to spread out and relax among the comfy furnishings and ample seating. Next, you will find everything you will need for preparing a tasty meal in the fully equipped with island area with seating for five. The 1st guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed and leads to the back porch with BBQ grill and seating area. The guest bedroom connects to shared bathroom.
Next, head upstairs to the second floor, where the Master bedroom awaits you with its king-sized bed, Flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor landing you will find a small coffee cart that features a Keurig for your morning coffee. The 2nd guest bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a door to balcony overlooking backyard. The 3rd guest bedroom is the bunk room that features a Full bed and Twin. The bunk room also has access to the large balcony where you can sit out and relax at the end of the day. The 2nd floor shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Waking up to a freshly brewed cup of coffee before heading down to the beach for a stroll along the shores, you'll enjoy every morning at this lovely home. Spend those sunny days taking in the rays and laying back on the beach with your toes in the sand.
This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
*In an effort to protect both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell located on the front of the home.
*Please note that due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit.
