30 Emerald Beach is professionally managed by Oversee Rentals. Thee Beech Haus is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath newly constructed home in Highland Parks. The first floor welcomes you with its open floor plan. The living area features a 65” flat screen television and plenty of seating. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a pleasure. With ample seating to accommodate 10, dining will be perfect for creating new fun filled family memories. You will also find the master on the first floor with a king bed, 65" TV and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second floor has a king master with a 65" TV and private bath. There are two full beds in one guest room and two twin/twin bunk beds in the second guest bedroom. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower combo. The home includes a 6-seater golf cart that will make your commute to and from the beach a breeze.
Highland Parks features a tropically landscaped lagoon pool with a hot tub, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and a fire-pit with luxury chairs and couches. This quiet, private community is located in Blue Mountain Beach. Grayton Beach, Seaside and WaterColor are a quick car ride away where you can peruse local shops and eateries.
