The master suite inccludes King bed with large bathroom and double vanities. Private balcony off of the master is great for morning coffee, and escaping with a good book. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and private full bathroom.  Also has access to the main outdoor patio through private glass sliders. The third bedroom is ideal for kids and family with 2 sets of bunks. Adjacent to full Hall bath.  TV's in all bedrooms, New 65" TV in living room, and WiFI through out.  Spacious living area with open kitchen.  New sectional sofa and 6 seat dining table, welcomes family and friends to gather and relax after a long day on the beach.  Large outdoor patio off of the living area with dining and lounge seating. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit.
Amenities include private ocean front pool and hot tub with private restrooms for convenience.  A fully equiped fitness center is conveniently located on our floor.  Grilling area is common for the building includes two gas grills. A new basketball court is on the property, a great place for kids and adults to unwind and rechaarge.
Our condo is one of the best kept secrets, private sanctuary off 30A and right on the beach!  
Enjoy all surrounding beach communities, and world class restaurants, within a few miles and all inter connected by a bike and walking trail along scenic 30A.
