This home is, uniquely located equal distance to 2 different top rated beaches, using either the deeded beach access point OR the public Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood access. During peak times of year, you will find far less people at the deeded beach access point. Parking on either side of the community is available, but for those that prefer to walk, beach options are approximately a 10–13-minute walk from the home. The larger of the 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and amenities are conveniently located JUST 2 doors down, which is a huge plus for families.
The area is surrounded with incredible trails to bike or hike, and the house comes equipped with complimentary use of 3 Adult and 2 kid’s bikes (with additional waiver), as well 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and 1 Tommy Bahama Umbrella. House is stocked with beach towels, and relaxation is ready to be had from the moment you step foot in the door.

- Blue Mountain shops and restaurants, 10-minute walk/3 min bike ride
- Grayton Beach area dining and activities, 10-12 min bike ride.
- Seaside, Gulf Place, and Watercolor, 5 min drive
- Dining options nearby such as, Red Bar, Black Bear, Blue Mabel, Cowgirl Kitchen, Borago and the well-known Blue Mountain Creamery. Live Band weekend nights, at Redfish taco is walking distance and Chiringos at Grayton Beach are excellent options as well.
Simasalt, is a two-story single-family home with large, ultra-relaxing wrap around front porch and updated interior. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, large island, and is well-equipped for cooking or baking! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The home includes two master suites: one large bedroom downstairs with Sterns & Foster King and twin daybed, as well as an upstairs Sealey King bed with attached private patio w/ swing. The second upstairs bedroom holds two matching Queen beds, and the second downstairs bedroom is a bunk room with three singles/twins. 4 TV’s in home - all rooms, except bunk room have smart TV’s, with YouTube TV/streaming. Washer/dryer, tankless hot water heaters, and DSL High Speed internet as well.
The home includes parking for two vehicles in private paver driveway, as well as street parking in front of the house that can accommodate up to two additional vehicles when available.
