This custom new construction beach cottage was built to the highest quality and standards along with a zero entry community swimming pool. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign.

SAFETY: Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguisher
PARKING: You cannot block the "common driveway" between this house and the home next door. Where can you park? Please park 2 vehicles at the side of the house on the parking pad. An additional "regular" size vehicle will fit in the garage. (If needed, you may store a vehicle for $90/week close by-please message once you book for details)

Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. It is important that you depart the house at the proper time!
RENTAL AGE POLICY:
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we only rent to FAMILY groups, and you must be 25 years or older to reserve the home. No exceptions.

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaping on premises.

QUIET ENJOYMENT Quiet hour starts at 11 PM where outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
MAX GUESTS In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more than 12 guests/8 adults. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.
