This gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and hosts all the newest stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, tile backsplash and large island with 4 bar stools, The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed with premium gel infused memory foam mattress, 43 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet with wood shelving, and private bathroom with granite counter tops, double sinks and walk-in shower. Out back off from the kitchen, you will find a nice patio to grill and seating to enjoy a few cocktails.
On the second floor, guests will find two bedrooms, and bunk beds. The first bedroom host a queen bed with premium gel infused memory foam mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV, private vanity and access to jack-n-jill bath, The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with premium gel infused memory foam mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV, private vanity and access to jack-n-jill bath. In the hall you will find built in bunk beds along with a hall closet for extra storage.
The driveway accommodates private parking for 3 vehicles and a golf cart (which is included in rental June-August). Discounted golf cart available all other months. 4 bikes included in renatl all year.
This community has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps away from the pool area, and can easily bike to the beach, and several eateries! It also offers a resort style pool with waterfall, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, grilling area, and lots of covered and uncovered .seating with chairs and couches. It also offers a four-story observation tower which you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. After a day in the sun and dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows or makes some s'mores and watch the beautiful sunset.

There are three public beach access points in the tranquil Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A, all with lifeguards during season, parking, restrooms, and all within walking distance to restaurants. Beach access at Gulf Place Town offers eateries and shopping with places to sit and park your bikes. You can also enjoy beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by Blue Mountain Creamery (30A's best ice cream!) right off beach access road. Blue Mountain beach access is only 3/4 mile from home and lifeguards on duty daily from 10am-6pm! Blue Mountain beach is known for its pristine white sand.
Highland Park is the newest neighborhood nestled in Blue Mountain Beach. This area is the highest elevation point in South Walton County and right in the middle of local shops and eateries. In the back of the community there is direct access to a walking path to Point Washington State Park. One street over from this home.

They will deliver and pick up free of charge. When booking with us, mention our address to receive $50 off your rental.
**RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY**
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check in is a 4:00PM & check out is at 10:00 AM.
Smoking, Vaping & Cigars are strictly prohibited anywhere on property!!!
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian duration of stay.

The non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver covers the registered guest against accidental damages to the unit or its contents when reported homeowners/management immediately. All claims must be reported and approved by management to be covered by the damage waiver, Please see rental policies for more information on coverage. However, there is a monetary limit this property is covered for. Damage that occurs over and above the limit of coverage will be collected by the renters.
Upon check out, you have the option too add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancellation reasons.
