The home sits on the edge of Point Washington State Park offering spectacular views of the tree canopy and meandering trails. Each of the 3 bedrooms includes their own private en suite bathroom. There is a conveniently located 1/2 bathroom off of the main living area.
Beach Access: The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located .9 miles from the home and Blue Mountain Public Beach Access is 1.2 miles away.
The Blue Mountain Public Beach Access which includes parking and public restrooms is convenientlly located close by. The bikes provide a short ride to the beach, or enjoy cruising 30A in the brand new 6-seat golf cart included in your stay.
Pool Access: Located just a short walk from the home is the stunning community pool which offers covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool are also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach.
This brand new, two-story home has hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and simple coastal decor. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining room area offers seating for 6 with addtional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a large covered deck with a Weber grill, outdoor seating and beautiful views of Point Washington State Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, serveware, glassware and all of the food preparation tools that you will need. Enjoy using the Cuisinart coffee maker in the moring and the Kitchen Aid blender at cocktail hour. Use the slow cooker to prepare dinner before you leave for the day's activities and come home to a hot, homemade meal ready for you to enjoy.
The single car garage is the perfect place to hang your beach towels and store all of your beach gear. There is a 1/2 bathroom conveniently located off of the living room.
