You can haul everything you need to the pool, or to the beach, etc, via the four seat golf cart that comes with this lovely home. While out, there is cart parking next to the pool and at the beach access.

On the second floor, the first guest bedroom room features a king size bed with quality linens, a wall mounted TV and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, large TV and an en-suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a half bath for guest use on the first floor.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
