This home is comfortably nestled in NatureWalk at Seagrove Beach and is equal parts charm and functionality when it comes to suiting all of your family’s needs. In order to take full advantage of all the fun in the sun during your stay NatureWalk’s community offers a family style clubhouse with beach-entry pool, adult lap pool, and a playground for the kids. During your stay in this nature-oriented community you will be amongst 15,000 acres of wildlife preserve called Point Washington State Forest featuring vast amounts of biking and walking trails.
Upon entering this newly furnished home you will be presented with an open concept living and dining area that has access to a large, fully screened porch and is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The flat screen TV above the fireplace will not disappoint while watching family movies or sporting events. When it’s time to prepare a large meal or snacks for the beach, all your needs will be accommodated in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances.
With a king master suite on each level, this home is ideal for multiple families and small groups. Each master suite has a king bed and a walk-in shower. The second floor is host to a third king bedroom and a full over full bunk room. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. The second floor also has a spacious sitting area with a TV that connects to a screened porch with a swinging day bed.
NatureWalk is tucked in the middle of the Point Washington State Forrest where you will find yourself among miles of walking and biking trails. There is easy access to beautiful beaches and Seaside shops and restaurants as well!
