-p-Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or totally suitable for a small family! Step into this newly constructed carriage house and you will find a open concept living space complete with a living room, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The large windows in the living room let a ton of natural light into the space. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, with seating for four. There are two guest bedrooms, the first has a king size bed with balcony access and the second has a queen over queen bunk bed. The shared bathroom has one sink and a glass enclosed shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. The carriage house is accessed by a flight of stairs and under the stairs is an outdoor shower for guest use. There is a outdoor table on the ground level of the carriage house that seats six, perfect for a meal al fresco! Guests will also have the luxury of using the Tesla charging station - charging cable is located by the garage doors and reaches outside to parking area for charging.-/p-
