'Sea La Vie' is the ideal Rosemary retreat that will welcome you to the Rosemary Beach lifestyle. The beautiful home and carriage house, on the south side of 30A, is perfectly located where just a leisurely stroll will lead you to the amazing Coquina Pool or the white sands of the Emerald Coast.

'Sea La Vie' has a great entry with a deep covered porch facing the boardwalk. Upon entering the house, you will see a large open living and dining area great for entertaining. Pine floors are throughout home with exposed beams and tile in the kitchen. 

All bedrooms are located on the second floor.  The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom, and it shares a patio overlooking Rosemary. The king guest bedroom, which shares the balcony with the master, also has a private bathroom.

Down the hall are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom featuring dual vanities, a glass shower, and beautiful tile work.  One has a King size bed and private patio, and the other has a set of full over full bunk beds. All beds, including carriage house, are the Posturepedic memory foam - very comfortable high end bedding.

For more privacy, enjoy the quaint but spacious carriage house which is equipped with a kitchen, cozy living area, couch with sofa-bed, and queen size bed plus full bathroom.
