Located in Rosemary Beach on the south side of 30A, with easy access to the Eastern Green Beach Access, SummerSalt Cottage is a luxurious, beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps 14 guests with ease. SummerSalt Cottage is only a minute walk to boutique shopping, fine dining, casual restaurants, and the Coquina pool as well as the most beautiful sugar sand, emerald water beach.
The cottage has two gravel parking spaces that connect to the outside living area. As you approach the back of this charming home, the outdoor area invites you in with the gorgeous pool and spa that features a complete outdoor kitchen with built-in alfresco gas grill, granite countertops, U-Line ice maker, and refrigerator. Plenty of seating options offer you space to dine, relax, and recline while taking in the infinity spa which cascades into a beautiful pool with a waterfall feature and LED lighting. There is also a beautiful outdoor fireplace for cool evenings as you relax and listen to your favorite music. The entire house (including outside living area) has the Sonos music system throughout, so you can use your laptop or smart phone to play any of your favorite music!
On the fist floor you will find four guest bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Two bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. One bedroom has its own private bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The fourth bedroom, which is the master suite, has a private en suite with double sinks and a glass enclosed shower. The laundry closet completes the first floor with a full size washer and dryer.
Head on up the stairs where you will find the main living space that includes a spacious open living room with tall windows and doors that access the wrap around second floor balcony. In the living room, there is a 54-inch flat screen with Apple TV, access to Netflix, and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. It also features a gas fireplace, perfect for those chilly nights to curl up with a book or play board games with the family. There is a four-seat table perfect for a family card game that overlooks the town. The kitchen is spacious and has updated stainless steel appliances, dining table for eight, and seating for three at the bar top. You will also find a full size bathroom on this level which has a single sink and glass enclosed shower. The office nook in between the dining and living area has a twin size bed. Off the dining room is another balcony with a gas grill that overlooks the outside pool area.
The 5th bedroom/loft is located on the 3rd floor and has a spectacular Gulf view. It is the ideal spot for everyone to play games, watch movies, and enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This space has French doors that open to a private balcony perfect for watching the amazing Gulf view sunsets while enjoying an evening cocktail. The loft sleeps 4 comfortably - featuring 4 twin beds. The big, flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player is ideal for a nighttime movie with the family. Also located on this floor is a foosball table and classic arcade console for your gaming pleasure.

3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. There is currently ongoing construction at the condo complex to building #3.
4) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional fee + taxes.
