This fabulous vacation home has 3 deeded beach accesses to our emerald waters and sugar white sands, 3 community pools, 2 tennis courts, the best restaurants this area has to offer, charming shops and art galleries all within Gulf Place. Once here, no need for a car!
We have made this the perfect home away from home, whether you are looking for a family get together, a romantic getaway or time with dear friends. The open floorplan in the living-room and kitchen area allows for an easy transition between cooking and chatting with friends. Our kitchen is complete with sprawling quartz counters, brand new stainless appliances, plenty of light, ample cabinet space, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you would need to make and enjoy a lovely meal at home.
There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The living-room has a cozy sofa and two chairs so that everyone can gather around our large smart TV for movie night or family game night! There is seating for 2 at our table by the kitchen, 4 kitchen island seats, and 4 seats at the outdoor dining table. Access our balcony through the French doors off of the living-room, where you can enjoy your meal, a glass of wine, relax with a good book, or enjoy the people watching. When the day is done, retire to the master suite complete with a king size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a large smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. This bedroom has French doors to the balcony, an office nook with a desk, chair and lighting for those who cannot get away from work, or the student needing a space to study. The guest bedroom is similarly appointed with a king size bed, smart TV, ample closet space and access to a full bathroom. The bunk room is a great bonus area for the kids with a custom-built twin over twin bunk and a smart TV. For the extra guests, we have a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
There are more activities and fun things to see than you can imagine at Gulf Place! Multiple pools, tennis courts, incredible food and of course the beaches are all a stone's throw from you! There is a grilling area for when you want to cook in or visit some of our favorite restaurants and cafes such as The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, Pizza By The Sea, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream & Sunrise Coffee. Explore the multitude of shops and meet our local artists in their Gulf Place galleries. We have some beach chairs and umbrellas in our storage area with a cart to make it easy to take to the beach.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
