Welcome to EC’s Beach Bungalow. This beautiful home located on the south side of 30A is the perfect location for your next beach vacation. Located in Seagrove down a long leafy driveway, this home is next to Eastern Lake, and is a brief stroll through a quiet neighborhood to a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach. With a central location on 30a, EC’s is a 5 minute walk to Old Florida Fish House, 2 miles east of Seaside, about a 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. Deer Lake State Park is one mile east of the home, and offers hiking trails, as well as more access to the beach.
This home features a coastal cottage dining area, and living room and with a smart tv (no cable). Also on the first floor you will find a quaint well-appointed kitchen, with plenty of counter space and bar seating. The walk-in pantry and laundry room is located right off of the kitchen, as is the master bedroom with a smart TV and full bath. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and another bedroom with a queen bed, both sharing a full bath.
