The spacious living area has an electric fireplace, two seating areas, a dining room, large chef's kitchen with a butler area, overlooking the beautiful and natural woods of Seagrove and the meandering creek in the backyard. There is a screened in porch off the living area with a dining table and seating area, leading to an additional porch which has another seating area, a BBQ a grill, a swing hanging from the large Magnolia all surrounded by the lush and natural habitation Seagrove is known for.
The master suite, located on the second floor, is complete with a king size bed, large Smart TV, generous closet space, seating area, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a freestanding tub and large walk-in shower. The master suite has it's own spacious screened-in balcony with a swinging day bed and casual lounging area overlooking the canal and the Western Lake Drive bridge in Watercolor. There is a generous sized guest bedroom located on the first floor with a queen size bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom next to the bedroom door. Upstairs, the second guest bedroom, even more spacious, has a king bed, a Smart TV, a closet, sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The final guest room has a twin over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, a giant sized Smart TV and a sectional sofa to lounge on or play games. This is a great hang out space for kids and young adults. The carriage house is the perfect guest home with a kitchen and bathroom downstairs, and a generous sized bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, seating area, closet space, and a Smart TV. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the carriage house has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a kitchen.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
