Arrival: Simply enter your personal door code into our high security lock on the front door and vacations begins! This home has 2 parking spaces in the driveway and one in the garage for your convenience.
Main Living area: This charming home features an open floorplan on the first floor and is geared toward inclusive family time. The Livingroom has a comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for all, a large flatscreen smart TV and soothing and stylish decor. The chef in your family will be delighted with our well stocked kitchen which has all the necessary tools and gadgets to create and serve a beautiful meal. Gather around our 6 top dinner table with additional seats available at the bar!
Rest: Once the day is done, you can retire to any of our comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king size bed, private bathroom and a walk in closet. The first guest bedroom is similarly appointed and shares the bathroom with our custom bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over a full with a full trundle, is a great space for children as well as additional guests with a smart TV and generous closet space.
Play: Centrally located to Grand Boulevard and the local beaches, you will find something fun for everyone in the group! Great attractions such as Tommy Bahamas, Fleming's and more are just down the road. You can also spend your days enjoying our beautiful beaches, state parks, and the best restaurants on the coast!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
