Magnolia at the Gulf

Paradise 30A~ Magnolia at the Gulf is a spacious lakeside vacation rental on 30a in Florida with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom sleeping up to 12 guests. Magnolia at the Gulf is 800 steps to the beach and located directly on Eastern Lake.  The beach access is a flat beach access with a wide beach and water hoses at the end of the beach boardwalk to rinse off when you come off the beach.  The home has ample parking for up to 6 cars including an undercover carport.  The home is located directly on the Eastern Lake Canal with a boat dock.  You can take a short walk to the beach down a quiet road, kayak to the beach at the opening of Eastern Lake at the Gulf or take a short bike to the beach.  Guests can bring their boats to dock at the private boat deck at Magnolia at the Gulf as the public boat launch is less than 100 yards away.  The public boat launch provides picnic tables and grills as well for additional recreation.  The outside terrain at the home includes a private deck at the boat deck in addition to a private patio underneath the upstairs deck.  In addition to the upstairs deck, there is a screened in porch.  A picnic under the Magnolia trees at the picnic table that come through the upstairs deck is the perfect way to relax in the evening while placing blue crab traps off the boat deck.   

The home has recently been re-modeled with the interior of the home painted from floors to ceiling along with fresh new heart pine floors installed in the entire upstairs.  The downstairs includes 2 bedrooms along with a large laundry room, a family room, a full bathroom and a kitchen with bar stools for 3.  The upstairs includes 3 additional bedrooms with 2 more full bathrooms, a large kitchen, an eat in kitchen area, a living room and beautiful views of the Eastern Lake.  All 5 bedrooms include a smart TV as well as both living rooms (upstairs and downstairs).  The 2 living rooms include DVD players as well.  Magnolia at the Gulf offers guests a truly unique 30A experience with its private dock, nearby beach access, large open lawn, multiple kitchens, and located south of 30A in a peaceful neighborhood.

The home sleeps a total of 12 guests comfortable with 3000 square feet of space.
