This recently constructed 5 bedroom home with 5.5 baths boasts every detail you could possibly imagine. Level one offers covered parking and a huge screened-in porch with a lovely seating area, dining for 6 to 8, outdoor kitchen & TV, ping pong table and a plethora of other games. Just beyond the screened porch, string lights beckon you to the cozy gas fire pit and grill area providing yet another great place to gather.
The main living area is located on the second floor and features a large kitchen with gleaming white cabinets and marble countertops. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything one needs to prepare, serve, and savor those perfect meals.
The kitchen opens to the inviting living and dining rooms. This space offers plenty of seating, dining for 8 and a large flat screen TV. Double French doors from both the living and dining areas open to a covered porch revealing amazing views of Western Lake and the beautiful community pool and common area. On this second level porch, you will find additional outdoor seating plus dining for 6. One of the spectacular master suites is conveniently located on this floor as well. This suite offers a king bed, a huge salon bath with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower.
On the third floor, you will find the second master suite featuring a luxurious king bed, ensuite bath, & a private balcony spanning the width of the home. Here you will find a cozy sitting area with sofa and chairs-- another unique spot to catch breathtaking sunrises and peaceful views of the lake. An additional king bedroom with ensuite bath plus a 4th bedroom with twin beds and private bath are located on this level as well. The twin bedroom can be easily converted to a king if your group needs those accommodations.
The 4th floor offers more living space with a wet bar/TV/playroom plus a bunk room for 4 and roll-a-ways to sleep 2 additional guests. A wonderful sun deck sits off this playroom offering yet another nice place to watch the sun dance along the lake water and feel the lake and ocean breezes.
We provide our guests with a starter amenity package, which includes: Gilchrist & Soames luxury hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible to supply their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.
Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $625, Departure Clean, $130 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $79 Administrative Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured.
