The first level of the carriage house is the garage and the second level in the living area. The property is accessed by a flight of stairs to a covered porch overlooking the back yard and outdoor fireplace. Head inside from the porch to find a well equipped carriage house with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living room and built in breakfast nook. The bedroom has a cozy king size bed with an en suite complete with a single vanity and walk in tiled shower. The balcony is open to the living room and overlooks the back yard. Enjoy the private fenced in back yard, fire place and dine al fresco!
