THE HOME
Newly renovated, this home is designed with a large, open concept floor plan, and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a kids’ bunk room. The high ceilings and large windows allow ample natural light and plenty of Florida sunshine! Designed with hardwood and tile floors, custom cabinets, high-end finishes and a coastal chic decor throughout, this home is beautiful and functional. Cook a meal together in the spacious kitchen while your guests lounge in the living room, let the kids enjoy the bunk room, and end the day grilling on the deck. After a long day at the beach nothing beats a warm shower or a soak in the tub! The second floor bedroom suites also feature private balconies perfect for relaxing and taking in the scene. The third floor features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and private balcony with Gulf views, a wet bar, and spacious balcony for relaxing with friends and family. Additional rules:HOUSE RULES

-If any breakage, damage, dirt/mess/stains requiring excessive cleaning to Rental Property or any of its contents occurs, or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay at the Rental Property, Homeowner will use the Property Damage Protection purchased which covers up to $1,500 in damage. If damage exceeds the amount covered, guest agrees to pay the balance.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-in will take place at the Rental Property. Homeowner will use reasonable efforts to have the Rental Property ready for Guest occupancy at check-in time, but cannot guaranty the exact time of occupancy. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Check-out will take place at the Rental Property. Guests that do not vacate the Rental Property by 10.00 a.m. without the consent of the Homeowner are subject to a fee equal to $550. Guest may also be subject to payment/reimbursement of subsequent Guests’ hotel accommodations.
-This Rental Property has a maximum occupancy of 12 persons. At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants.
-Guest will only use furnishings for their intended use. Furnishings are subject to change without notice.
-No pets are allowed in or on rental property. Guests will be required to fix any and all damages with a minimum charge of $5,000.
-Guest will not have parties, make loud noise or do anything that could disturb the neighbors. Guest is responsible for keeping the Rental Property and all its fixtures and furnishings clean, sanitary and free of any damage.
-Guest is responsible for the cost to clean, replace or repair any damage to the Rental Property or any of its contents. Any breakage, damage, dirt/mess/stains requiring excessive cleaning to Rental Property or its contents or any other costs incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay at the Rental Property will be charged to the Guest.
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or on the Rental property. Evidence of smoking and or vaping will lead to a $5,000 fine.
-Rental agreement must be signed and rental party email to host (including picture of photo ID of the guest responsible for the rental party) prior to arrival in order to gain access to the home.
