The open floor plan at ‘For a Song’ begins with the living area as you enter from the expansive wrap-around front porch. Here you'll find a large living area with fireplace and windows all around allowing the natural Florida sunlight in each morning.The dining area comfortably seats six and opens into the gourmet kitchen with seating for three at the island. Updated appliances, cabinetry, and lighting add to the ambiance that this home displays throughout.

The master suite on the second floor has a king size bed and a luxury en suite with a glass enclosed rain shower and separate soaking garden tub. There is a double vanity, a wine cooler, and coffee station for your convenience in the en suite. The second king master is on the second floor with an en suite that includes a farm house style sink with glass enclosed shower. One of the first floor guest bedrooms has a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a double bed, and the other has a king bed just a few steps from the pool. These two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Beautiful original outsider art collection adds to the ambiance, and bring you favorite records for the turntable or play music from your phone via Bluetooth.

The jewel of this home is the private pool, spa and back yard. The beautiful 30” private pool can be heated for a fee as well as the deep 8’ X 8” spa! The backyard living area is equipped with an exterior fireplace, living and dining areas, gas grill, ping pong table, corn hole, badminton, and so much more! Also featuring a laid-back front porch and two-second floor balconies.

“For A Song” is a short distance from Alys and Rosemary to the east, or venture to the west to Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor and more state parks!

4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
