Nestled in the beachside community of Sandy Shores, in Seacrest Beach, this over-sized cottage has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests with room to spare! You'll sunbathe, stargaze, and soak in the hot tub on the private pool deck, garnished with loungers, gas grill and dining for six. After that, take advantage of the effortless one-minute walk to the private, community beach access or hop on your six beach bikes for a cruise to Rosemary or Alys Beaches for an afternoon of dining or shopping at some of 30A's most exclusive restaurants and specialty shops. 

Naturals, neutrals, and layers of beach chic will welcome you from the moment you enter; offering a spacious first-floor open concept main living area with living, dining, and kitchen. Make a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for three; then enjoy that meal with your friends and family at the dining table with seating for eight. When the night winds down, kick-back on the couch and watch a movie marathon. A guest bedroom is also located on the first floor,  furnished with a queen-size bed, providing access to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Waking up here is a dream, in the second-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed and providing private access to the Gulf view balcony; wash all your worries away in the master en suite, equipped with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. Read the kids to sleep, books provided, in the bunk room! The bunk room sleeps 5 in twin beds - there's one twin over twin and one triple stack twin bunk. Also the bunk provides access to a Jack and Jill bathroom equipped with an additional tub/shower combination. Adjoined, a king guest bedroom with additional access to the shared Gulf-view balcony. 

Get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the third-floor master suite, furnished with an additional king-size bed, also fit with an ensuite with walk-in shower. As the Summer sets, drink-in the Gulf views from the third-floor balcony, providing private access from the master suite. An additional guest bedroom, furnished with two queen size beds is also located on the 3rd floor, supplied with private access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

3) This property has 6 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
