The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and a large center island for extra seating. The dining area and living room are an open concept feel with the balcony access joining the interior and exterior. This 3rd floor balcony over looks the expansive 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool.
Escape to the master suite where you will find a king size bed and private en suite fit with double sinks, a shower and a jetted soaking tub. The second guest suite has a queen size bed and private en suite with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Third guest suite has two full size beds and private en suite complete with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Additionally there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Grab your beach gear and walk over to the community beach access, located just south of the condo across 30A and about a 5 minute walk from the property. Seasonally there is a tram service that can take you to and from! Being in Seacrest Beach you will be just short walk or bike ride away from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, the ideal location. Hop on the bikes and cruise through Peddlers Pavilion, enjoy the local boutiques and restaurants of Seacrest Beach!
