This home is located on Flip Flop Lane and is close to the big lagoon pool (featured in "Southern Living Magazine") and a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee bars, wine bars, brew pub, The Pearl, the famous Sugar Shack candy and icecream,The Crepe Shop, Lola's itailian, and so much more at Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach are all a short stroll from the house. Once parked, you really do not need to drvie anywhere for your entire stay. Boasting lots of Southern Charm, gleaming natural hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and plenty of porchs and balconies for morning or afternoon relaxation. This is the ultimate vacation house and exudes elegance around every corner.
Seacrest offers 6 trams that run continuously throughout the day to take you and your family to the beach steps, and or the Lagoon Pool. This home is well equipped and fully accessorized for your family and friends to enjoy. Do you have a smaller group? Just ask us about renting the Carriage house alone!
The Carriage House will sleep 4 comfortably and has a private entrance, and private balcony to enjoy. The East end of 30A, has become the most popular vacation spot as once you are parked here or any of our Seacrest Homes, you can walk everywhere. Rosemary Town Square, Alys Beach, and Seacrest Village now all boast some wonderful dining options, quaint boutique shopping. With a private beach access, and a massive resort style lagoon pool, finding a spot to relax is never an issue. We think once you visit here, youl will never want to vacation anywhere else.
