The space
This small, cozy community features 26 units of two-story townhomes and a community pool. This newly built 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhome includes a garage, patio with a grill and spacious balcony to enjoy afternoon cocktails as the sun goes down over 30A.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs, with two additional bunk beds built-in under the stairwell that are perfect for children. Upstairs features the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, the master bedroom and access to the spacious balcony. The patio & grill are located downstairs.

Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway. The garage is suitable for a golf cart & bicycles.
Other things to note
Emerald Air seeks to provide all essentials to get your vacation off to a great start. Four bicycles are available for adults and teenage children as well as an assortment of beach gear including chairs & a cooler.
Amenities in the unit include wifi, cable TV & apps, washer/dryer, gas grill, Keurig and drip coffee-makers, cookware, spices, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, hangers, yoga mats, keyless entry & many other amenities.
Beach Access: Emerald Air is located less than a 1/2 mile from three of the best beach accesses in 30A.
Lake Access: Launch your kayak or SUP for a beautiful sunrise paddle from the public launch at Eastern Lake park located 0.7 miles from Emerald Air. You can paddle to the beach from this location in less than 10 minutes!

House Rules:
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping
- No parties or events
- Minimum age of 25 for primary renter, every four guests under 25 must be accompanied by one parent
- Check-in after 4 PM, check-out before 10 AM
- Guests will be required to sign a separate rental agreement that describes more fully the house rules & safety considerations as well as the community polices for the neighborhood
