Beach Belle is a quiet home, tucked in a wooded area at the back of Greenway Park. The quaint community is in Seagrove, near Eastern Lake, and borders Point Washington State Forest. The neighborhood provides a peaceful, tranquil setting, and includes a pool with a pool house and pergola.
Inside, the charming, open living space includes a large TV and a pull-out sofa. The dining room seats eight, with seating for three more at the island bar, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Down the hall is a laundry room with an adjacent half bath and a guest room, queen, with a private bath.
Upstairs, a bunk room, with two queens, shares a bathroom with a guest room, queen. Across the hall is a bunk nook, with a pair of twin bunk beds. Down the hall, a primary bedroom, king, has a TV, a private bath, and a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
