Completely renovated in 2020, Arrabella is just over a mile from Seaside, along scenic Hwy 30A. It’s one of the largest homes in the neighborhood and the only one in the neighborhood and the only one with grass in the front yard. The community pool is just steps away.
Each level of this beach house has a porch, the best one is on the top floor. It’s grand up here, and with the lounging area, with TV and mini kitchen, it feels like a second home within a home. Very nice. You can even see the spectacular Gulf.
Beautifully decorated, the spacious and newly furnished living area is comfy and inviting, with a 65” curved 4K TV. The updated kitchen has new countertops. Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom, queen, with a hall bath, double vanity and shower/tub.
Upstairs, a primary bedroom, king also with a double vanity and a shower/tub. The bunk rooms, connected by a Jack and Jill bath, has room for six kids. Adorable. The third floor has another primary bedroom, queen, with private bath and shower/tub.
One definition of Arrabella is a girl’s name, meaning beautiful and grace. Very fitting. Enjoy.
