This cozy beach cottage is the perfect family vacation with an open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas that lead to a screened in porch featuring comfortable outdoor couches. The dining table inside seats six with four additional seats at the bar.-br /-br /-The first floor features a primary suite with a king size bed and en suite with double sinks and a walk in shower. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry with a full size washer and dryer. Head on up to the second floor, where you will find two additional primary suites, both with king size beds and private en suites. One en suite has a shower/tub combo and the other has a glass enclosed shower. There is a queen size bed on the second floor landing with curtains for privacy and a set of twin over queen bunks built into the hall way of this level for extra sleeping arrangements.-br /-br /-Take the bikes and cruise over to the community pool or head to the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful walk to Deer Lake State Park where you will walk over the dune lake and sugar white dunes of 30A!
