local seafood restaurant. Not only do they have great food, but they also sell
snow cones, so come get one after a long day at the beach! Dewey Destin's is
pet-friendly during lunch ONLY. The views from the outside picnic seating are astonishing! A little history on the Destin family: The Destin family and Destin, Florida have been intertwined
since Dewey’s great, great grandfather, Leonard Destin, founded the town in
1835. The adventure began a few years earlier when Leonard, his father George,
and his brother William set out from New London, Connecticut with three ships
and ran into a hurricane near Cape Canaveral, Florida. Bes sure to check
out this restaurant serving up delicious seafood and steeped in Destin, Florida
history!

Food, atmosphere, and service were great! Oyster sandwich was huge and hubs got blackened wahoo sandwich which they were delicious! Even tho it was summer..breeze was wonderful sitting out on the deck to enjoy the view. Will now try in our future ...
