Gated and will provide access code a few days prior to check in date. You can park up to 3 cars. No parking on the street inside the gated HOA, or lawn or walkway. No RV, boat or large vehicles.
Private safe gated community with a short walking distance (1 block) to beach access on Scenic Gulf Drive. Big Kahunas Water Park is only a short drive ~5-6 miles. Destin Aquatic Center public community pool is a short distance.

We provide a small starter kit for toilet paper roll, dishwasher tablet, paper towel, hand soap, laundry detergent, small shampoo, conditioner, garbage bag etc. Please bring your own toiletries and additional items you need may be bought in nearby grocery stores, Dollar General or order via Instacart.
Guests must meet minimum age requirement of 25 and follow rules. Rental Agreement must be completed, signed electronically and provide Proof of ID. Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy.
Please note, there is no community access to a pool, but the private beach with sandbar is very close and less crowd! Destin Aquatic Center is a short distance. The Big Kahunas Water Park is a short 5-6 miles drive! At the border of Destin and close to many fun activities, restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
There is additional guest fee per person per night addition after 7 guests (max 10 guests including children).
The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
